Exclusive Bulk Billing Policy
(Effective from 1st November 2025)
From 1st November 2025, our practice will be exclusively bulk billing for all Medicare-rebatable general medical consultations for all age groups.
This means zero out-of-pocket cost for eligible Medicare consultations.
Exceptions:
Acupuncture consultations will incur an out-of-pocket fee as explained below.
All procedures may incur a private fee regardless of concession status.
Non-Medicare-rebatable consultations such as TAC, WorkCover, private medical insurance, heavy vehicle licensing, VicRoads medicals, and employment medicals will be charged privately.
